MOUGINS
Mougins is located between Cannes and Grasse and has a population of appr. 20000 inhabitants.
The village was originally built at 260 m up at the top of the peak, and was fortified in the Middle Ages
Mougins has an important culinary history, with several famous chefs. It also has many Museums and art galleries. Mougins is a living village, with both ancient buildings and 19th-century houses.

Place Garibaldi
Place Garibaldi is the second most important square in Nice. It was built in 1773 and the original name of the square is Piazza Vittorio.
Currently, the square is a meeting place. It’s surrounded by restaurants and cafes in the shade of trees or under the arcades.
In the middle is a monument of Giuseppe Garibaldi. He was an Italian general, patriot, revolutionary and republican. He contributed to Italian unification and the creation of the Kingdom of Italy.
